2. Mapped 7 regional competitors by citation share
Identified the brands actually getting cited: Right Bite (12/20), Basmati (9/20), Calo (8/20), Healthy & Tasty (6/20), MyFitMeal Qatar (5/20), Wellness Kitchen (4/20), Kcal Extra (3/20). Spot-checked each competitor's site for llms.txt, FAQPage schema, Service/Offer schema, and llms.txt-eligibility signals.
3. Identified 5 quick wins specific to the Doha market
(1) llms.txt deployment — none of the top 7 had one; (2) FAQPage schema on the 5 target queries — zero competitors had this; (3) Service + Offer schema per meal plan category; (4) Person + MedicalBusiness schema to claim “dietitian-led” positioning that no competitor was structurally claiming; (5) Bilingual Arabic content + hreflang — entirely open ground in Doha.
4. Built a 3-page deliverable PDF with methodology disclosure

The results

What we learned
